Justin Booth completed a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice through TAFE NSW as part of his traineeship with Essential Energy. After changing careers into project management, Justin balanced his studies and work while supporting his family through significant personal challenges, including helping run the family farm. Despite setbacks, he demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination to successfully complete his qualification.
Passionate about problem-solving and delivering projects that benefit local communities, Justin has developed valuable hands-on experience across a range of infrastructure projects. He took ownership of improving the streetlight program’s tracking system, teaching himself advanced Excel skills to analyse data, resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Arianna Klein has successfully completed a Certificate III in Horticulture through a traineeship with Tamworth Regional Council. Passionate about working outdoors and caring for nature, Arianna combines her hands-on experience with a strong foundation in plant life, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. She played a key role in developing a wedding garden at the Tamworth Botanical Gardens, showcasing her practical skills and teamwork.
Balancing her studies with sporting commitments and work challenges, Arianna developed excellent time management and communication skills. Her sporting background as a state-level basketball representative helped build her leadership skills, which she applies in mentoring colleagues and supporting work experience students.
Arianna embraces lifelong learning, aiming to advance into botany or biodiversity studies. She also runs her own small garden care business mainly assisting local seniors with their garden maintenance. With a positive attitude, initiative, and a love for nature, Arianna is committed to making a lasting contribution to her community and the environment through her horticultural expertise.
